Opening Night at Champps-Eden Prairie
  Congrats
to Greg Goodwin for taking 1st place at the opening
kickoff tournament at Champps in Eden Prairie. Greg
finished off Travis Fransen with pocket aces in the final hand,
outlasting 42 players on opening night. A lot of good prizes
were handed out on the opening night, including a $100 worth of
Champps gift certificates, an MPL Tournament Home Edition chip
set, a set of Copag playing cards and other various prizes,
maxing out the allowable $200 value allowed by state law. Weekly
tournaments run on Monday nights at 7:30pm for the WSOP 12-week
contest.
